The maintenance agreement does cover new releases of the BridgeIT Application for the same version of Office; therefore, the cost is not related to the actual development of the upgrade.
However, when sites migrate to a new server or a new version of the Office Product Line, there is significant work involved to get all the users Toolboxes converted and that is the only cost that is invoiced for the upgrade between Office Versions or to a new Server.
If your original License was purchased for MS 2010 Office Professional moving to any newer version will be billable only for the labor to upgrade the product, not for the new release of the application.
In the Original Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) - Item 4 addresses this potential cost.
