Enhancements and Fixes made in the BridgeIT Toolbox 9.8.2.1.1
To Review all the Updates – Click on the Information Center at the top of the screen then click on the Flashing Toolbox Icon.
ITEMS THAT WERE FIXED OR ADDED THAT EFFECT THE END USER:
Moved SQL Server to a new tab in Toolbox Options Properties:
New SQL Server – Under the Toolbox Options – Properties – The SQL Server setting from the 9.8.1 Toolbox will populated into the new SQL Sources automatically. However, it now allows users to add additional SQL Servers and set their Default so that all projects being imported will assume the default and remove the error messages “No SQL Servers Found”.
2. Corrected the Problem that returns the User to the Top of the Toolbox Main Form – After Data Sheet View is closed the User will be returned to the location, they were last on.
3. Activity Log – New Logging for:
- Edit Project; Settings, Properties, Place In, Query Design, Project Wizard, Reload Project Specs, Auxiliary Parameters.
- Opening User Documentation
- Import Project from Library, Shared Toolboxes and Backups
- Viewed Alerts, Excel Refresh and Export
NOTE: This logging can assist when users have a project that is not longer working properly and/or they need to determine if someone else changed the project.
Click on the Workgroup Options at the top of the Main Toolbox Form then click on the Activity Log to open it.
The Activity Description Field can be filtered by the type you are searching for or provide insights on what last occurred in a Toolbox or on a Project.
4. Added Table Description on the Bad Data Tab
Click on the Workgroup Options then click on Monitor. Under the Bad Data Tab the Table Description the user knows and understands will be shown in the Table Desc field as shown below. This will allow the users to go find and correct the bad data easier.
5. Import Project and Reload Project Fixed
Projects being imported from the Library, Shared Toolboxes and Workgroups will assume the Toolbox number and no longer require for Projects to be reloaded before working properly with Linked Tables.
6. Setting the Run-Time Criteria on Auxiliary Prompt Task Projects
Once the Projects have been moved into the Task Manager – Example below shows the UDS Clinical – as they all have the same Start DOS and End DOS Ranges. Right click on the Task Name then click on the Set Run-Time Criteria. Then enter the desired date ranges then click Close. This date will be applied to “ALL” the Projects in the Task with that Auxiliary Prompt
