Is my System Up to Date with eCW



Step 1 - The first thing to check is to make sure the update from BridgeIT is working and you can do that in the Toolbox under the Workgroup Options Tab and then click on Monitor.



Step 2 - Under the Datasets tab you will see the Dates and the number of records. If the Updated Completed date is up to date and yet the numbers aren’t changing from day to day, you know the eCW is not being loaded and not reflected in the Toolboxes either.

Step 3 – Open the following two Tables from Data Sources in the Toolbox to see if the data is syncing properly:

Appointments – look at the DateMade and Charges Claim Level Summary – look at ClaimDate (both in descending order)

This will let you know if you are out of sync.
